Wave Broadband provides cable TV, internet, and phone service in Woodland and West Sacramento. They took over the service area from Charter Communications in early 2008.

So far the service has been pretty good. We had a problem connecting to several web sites yesterday, and the tech on the phone was knowledgeable, courteous, and helpful. —GeraldCombs
2010-09-29 14:12:33 Anyone else have terrible tiling problems on a pretty consistent basis?? I pay $139/mo for cable (w/ HD and DVR) and internet, and I'm starting to get angry at how terrible the service is. Last night for example, I was trying to watch 2 season premieres back to back. The tiling and freezing was so bad (on HD and regular, on all channels) that the TV was basically unwatchable. This happens farily frequently and (coincidentaly) is often during one of the few shows I like to watch. This also makes the show un-DVRable. It's bad enough I'm starting to consider a dish. —AmLin
