In the heart of Woodland lies a Vietnamese restaurant called "NV Vegetarian Restaurant." The N and V are the first initials of the two co-owners, though they are often omitted and the restaurant is most commonly referred to simply as the "Vegetarian Restaurant". The menu offers many dishes made with meat substitutes as well as strictly vegetable fare.
Note: They closed a while ago. They had done so once before to try to move to Sacramento, but this time they sadly appear to be gone for good.
